Well… I know what it is but I’ve always tried to deny it and analyze it because I try to avoid feeling bad if I don’t have to… Like because my family is all German Lutherans I’ve been raised with a really strong sense of shame (even though my mom denies it, but it’s not as if they, like, look down on me for really important things just.. you know…) but it’s such a bad feeling and it’s so stupid I try to ignore it, haha. I’m definitely way less respectable a daughter than my parents would have imagined a daughter of theirs to turn out like, but it’s not completely gone if that makes any sense? But yeah shame is stupid unless you hurt someone else or yourself why should we feel bad about anything?
